30 Day Return Policy.
We offer returns on our products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached – the watch must be inactivated and the plastic stopper still attached onto the crown. Return costs will be applicable.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
We will accept returns for faulty goods in accordance with applicable law. For Australian customers: (a) our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; (b) you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and (c) you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We offer an additional warranty against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with the terms of our Limited Warranty.
AS I AM delivers to a selection of countries worldwide. All orders within Australia and New Zealand generally take 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. For international orders please allow 7 to 21 business days. Please note that these timeframes can vary depending on your location, customs and your local postal service.
